Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns with a 15% restocking fee within 30 days of receiving your order. You can exchange your product for a different product with the return label and shipping cost for the new products, or a refund of partial of your payment to the original payment method for the item you have returned with a 15% restocking fee.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Returns must be accompanied by original or gift receipt, or the date and amount of purchase must be validated in our system.

Exclusions: Memberships and Gift cards purchases are non refundable.
